Summary

Samantha Jean Bogan is an exchange student from North Carolina who studied in Singapore and is a lipstick lesbian. She went to a nightclub in Singapore with friends to find a girlfriend. She acquired what she thought was ecstasy at the nightclub and gave it to four other women, who took it and later died of an overdose. The drug was really fentanyl. Samatha Jean Bogen was arrested in Singapore and charged with four counts of first-degree murder. The US diplomats stepped in and asked if she could be extradited to the United States to face a trail. Singapore officials agreed to the terms if Samantha Jean agreed to take a ten stroke caning. Samantha Jean was relieved; she would take the canning and was glad her sentence was being commuted to the United State court system and hoped of 25-years to life in prison instead of getting hung by long drop hanging in Singapore for the four murders she committed. Before Samantha Jean is extradited to the United States, she receives a formal judicial canning and day after is extradited to stand trial in her home state of North Carolina. Samantha Jean believes she will get off easier in the U.S. The federal government takes interest in the case and tries Samanth Jean with four counts of murder federally. Samantha Jean lives in her own world and believes she will just get 25 years in prison. However, when the jury comes back, they hit Samantha with a bombshell, she receives a federal death penalty verdict, and the judge orders her to have a lethal injection and places her on federal death row. Samanth puts up a struggle in the court room and either has to be restrained or tazzed. Samatha though coming home to the US would be easier and she was wrong.
